Nature of the area

Our cabins are located in Monroe County, Beallsville, Ohio. The cabins sit on 170+ wooded acres on a gravel country road. With private gravel drives. From each of our cabins, no other cabins or homes are visible.

Proximity to Attractions

Our cabins are secluded but still minutes away from town. Beallsville Diner, Convenient Mart, a post office, and WesBanco bank are located in Beallsville - just miles away from our property.

St. Clairsville has many dining choices and is home to the Ohio Valley Mall

Wheeling, WV - about 45 minutes away is home to "The Highlands" featuring Cabela's. Here you will also find great restaurants, shopping and a large movie theater.

Wheeling is also home to Wheeling Island Racetrack & Gaming Resort and downtown Wheeling is full of "much to do"! Capitol Theatre formally known as Capitol Music Hall and home of Jamboree USA!, Wesbanco Arena, Olgebay Park and Resort where in the winter features skiing, sledding, and much more; summer features golf, swimming, Good Zoo and Benedium Planetarium.

Roads

Monroe County has some of the most popular and scenic roads in the state. People come from all over the US to drive their sports cars and motorcycles on these roads such as SR536 OH, cousin of the "Tail of the Dragon" or SR556; 536's forgotten twin.

But during your stay in the winter time, weather may be a factor during your stay, as we are open year around. We do have hills and winding terrain in the area. Gravel drives to our cabins are well maintained, however, we highly recommend 4x4 transporation during heavy snow months. No refunds due to road conditions.
